Realities
The Realities program provides support to persons with
developmental disabilities currently living within St. Charles or
St. Louis Counties who require 7-15 hours or less of
individualized support per week. Individuals involved in Realities
can expect to become more independent in the community. Through
utilization of "Person Centered Planning" (PCP) participating
individuals can design and implement the supports they need or
desire.

Funding
The Realities program (for individuals living in St. Charles or
St. Louis Counties) is provided funding through the Developmental
Disabilities Resource Board of St. Charles County (St. Charles
County residents) and the Productive Living Board of St. Louis
County (St. Louis County residents). The DDRB and PLB fund many
innovative programs (within St. Charles and St. Louis Counties)
which provide support to individuals with developmental
