Realities

The Realities program provides support to persons with developmental disabilities currently living within St. Charles or St. Louis Counties who require 7-15 hours or less of individualized support per week. Individuals involved in Realities can expect to become more independent in the community. Through utilization of "Person Centered Planning" (PCP) participating individuals can design and implement the supports they need or desire.
